1. Who we are
Tiny Mustard Seed ("we", "us", "our") is a Belgian sole proprietorship operating the e-commerce site tinymustardseed.com. Contact: mustard@tinymustardseed.com.
2. Orders & contract formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send the order-confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or pricing errors.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are in EUR and include 21% Belgian VAT where applicable. Payment is taken via Stripe (Card) or Bancontact at checkout. Orders that remain unpaid for 72 hours are cancelled automatically and stock is released.
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide via Eurosender. Delivery times depend on destination — typically 3–10 business days within the EU. Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout. See the Delivery Policy for details.
5. Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of standard catalogue items (see the Returns Policy). Custom DTF prints are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective (see the Custom Design Policy).
6. Intellectual property
The brand name, logos, product designs, and site content are the property of Tiny Mustard Seed. By uploading a design for custom print, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
8. Dispute resolution
This contract is governed by Belgian law. The courts of West Flanders have exclusive jurisdiction. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email when reasonable.
