Where we ship
Worldwide via Eurosender — Belgium, EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most other destinations.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
- UK: 4–8 business days
- USA / Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Custom DTF prints typically need an extra 2–3 business days for production before dispatch.
Shipping costs
Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and basket weight. Free shipping automatically applies to orders over €80.
Tracking
Once your label is generated you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track from your account page or the Track Order page using your order number.
Customs & duties
Outside the EU, your local customs may charge duties or VAT — these are your responsibility. We declare the order accurately on the commercial invoice.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is more than 5 business days late vs. the estimated delivery window, contact us at mustard@tinymustardseed.com and we'll open an investigation with Eurosender.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout — please double-check it before confirming. We cannot reimburse parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
