Made to order
Every custom DTF print is produced specifically for your order. We don't keep stock of personalised garments — your file is printed when you confirm.
Image requirements
- Format: PNG, JPEG, or WEBP (PNG with transparent background works best)
- Resolution: at least 3,500 px on the long edge (~300 DPI at 30 cm print size)
- Color: RGB or CMYK both accepted — we calibrate before printing
- Size: file up to 12 MB
Low-resolution uploads will trigger an in-app warning. We do not automatically upscale — please send the highest-quality source you have.
What we cannot print
- Designs you do not own the rights to (copyrighted artwork, brand logos you don't own, photos of public figures)
- Content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes violence
- Trademarked or counterfeit reproductions
We reserve the right to refuse a print job and refund the order if the design violates these rules.
Approval & previews
You see a live mockup in the design wizard. The mockup is illustrative — final colours can shift slightly depending on garment colour and DTF curing.
Production time
2–3 business days before dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is made to your spec, custom prints are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Belgian law. Returns are accepted only when:
- The garment arrives defective (misprint, wrong size shipped, fabric defect)
- We made an error in handling your file
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll replace or refund at our cost.
Your design, your IP
You retain full ownership of the artwork you upload. We use it only to fulfil your order and we delete the source file 12 months after dispatch unless you've reordered the same design.
