Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. All checkouts are PCI-DSS compliant — we never see or store your card details.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same provider used by Shopify, Amazon Business and Lyft. Card data never touches our servers — only a one-way Stripe session token does.
Your order stays reserved for 72 hours. You can complete payment at any point during that window from the order tracking page or by clicking the resume-payment link in our follow-up email. After 72 hours unpaid orders are automatically cancelled and the stock returned to the catalogue.
Yes — every order generates a VAT-compliant invoice attached to your confirmation email. For EU business customers, we honour reverse-charge VAT when you supply a valid VAT number at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Worldwide. We use Eurosender (DPD / DHL / GLS / FedEx) for the cheapest live quotes on every route. Belgium and Netherlands typically deliver in 2–3 working days, the rest of EU in 3–5, and worldwide in 5–10.
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from Eurosender based on your address and parcel weight. Standard EU is usually €4.95 – €8.95, worldwide €14.95 – €24.95. You'll see the exact cost before paying.
Every order has a public tracking page. After payment you'll receive an email with a one-click link, or you can paste your order number at /track. Once dispatched you'll also get a Eurosender courier tracking link.
Contact us within 14 days of dispatch with photos and your order number. Eurosender shipments are insured up to €500 by default — we file the claim, you get a free replacement or full refund.
Custom DTF Prints
Direct-to-Film. We print your design onto a flexible film, then heat-press it onto the garment. The result is a soft, flexible print that survives 60+ washes, with vibrant colour even on dark fabrics.
Best: PNG with transparent background, 300 DPI minimum, at the actual print size you want (we recommend 30 cm wide for a chest print). JPG and SVG also work. Our wizard will warn you if your image is too low-resolution for crisp printing.
Yes. Each garment has multiple print zones — chest, full back, left sleeve, right sleeve, hood front, etc. Upload a different design per zone and we'll print all of them in a single production run.
Only as long as we need to fulfil your order. Designs are kept for 90 days after dispatch for re-order convenience, then permanently deleted. They are never shared, resold or used as templates.
No. By using our DTF service you confirm you own the rights or have licence to print the artwork you upload. Submissions containing protected brands (Nike, Disney, sports clubs, etc.) will be cancelled and refunded. We never re-sell custom uploads.
Returns & Sizing
14-day no-questions-asked returns on catalogue (non-custom) items, in original condition with tags. EU consumers benefit from the full 14-day statutory withdrawal period as per Belgian consumer law.
Custom prints are made-to-order and excluded from the standard 14-day return window. We still replace any item that arrives defective or doesn't match the spec you ordered — just send us a photo.
Our Gildan blanks are unisex and run slightly larger than typical European fits. If you wear M in a European brand, you'll usually want our S. See the size chart on every product page for exact chest, length and sleeve measurements in cm.

Yes — we're a Belgian-designed Christian streetwear and anatomy-apparel brand. Several collections (Faith Statements, Inside Us, Streetwear) sit alongside each other so everyone is welcome to shop our staples.
Our blank garments are heavyweight Gildan ringspun cotton manufactured under WRAP certification. DTF printing and packing happens in Belgium.
