14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to return any standard catalogue item, no questions asked. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- Free of cosmetic or animal residue (deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair)
How to return
1. Email mustard@tinymustardseed.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with a return address and a reference number.
3. Ship the item back (at your cost) within 14 days of our reply.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return we refund the item price within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Custom DTF prints — exception
Custom prints are made to your specifications and therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under Belgian consumer law (Art. VI.53 CDE). They can only be returned if defective — see the Custom Design Policy.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. Use a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll replace it at our expense.
